CELL #1

A chief facet of Morsch Machine's production floor is the cellular machining capability. The automated machining cell not only provides extreme versatility and flexibility, it also allows one machinist to operate up to four machining centers simultaneously.

The automation area currently consists of three horizontal machining centers, two with 120 ATC tool magazines each and one with a 210 ATC tool magazine, with 4-axis contouring, 22" x 24" envelope (400 mm.), 12,000 RPM each.

All three machines are linked together by a Rail-Guided Vehicle Unattended Machining System, with 36 independently-selected and scheduled pallet / tooling column combinations.

CELL #2

The second automated machining cell consists of one horizontal machining center with 120 ATC tool magazine, 22 x 24, envelope (400mm), 12,000 RPM, with an 11 Pallet Automated Stacking System.

CELL #3

The third automated machining cell consists of one horizontal machining center with 120 ATC tool magazine, 22 x 24, envelope (400mm), 12,000 RPM, with an 8 Pallet Automated Pool System.
