Three twin-spindle machining centers provide capacity for high-volume production. Twin-spindle capacity is as follows:

Single-spindle vertical machining centers are highly conducive to low-volume production. The flexibility provided by single-spindle machines ensures that demand for prototype or developmental work can be met in an expedient manner. Single-spindle capacity is as follows:

(1) CNC Vertical 30-tool ATC, 3-axis contouring, 15" x 24" envelope, auto pallet change, two pallets - Matsuura

(1) CNC Vertical 20-tool ATC, 3-axis contouring, 14" x 20" envelope, auto pallet change, two pallets - Matsuura

(3) CNC Vertical 13,500 RPM, 16-tool ATC, 3-axis contouring, 12" x 19" envelope, 4th axis capable - Kitamura

(2) CNC Vertical 10,000 RPM, 16-tool ATC, 3-axis contouring, 12" x 18" envelope - Kitamura

CNC Chucking / Turning capacity is as follows:

(1) CNC Chucking / Turning Machine, 8" chuck, 2-axis contouring, threading - Mazak

(1) CNC Turning / Chucking Machine, 7 X 8" chuck, turning from .125 - 2.0" dia. - Nakamura-Tome
